Terms of Service

Last updated October 18, 2026

These are the rules for using Goon Diary (the "site"), which is run by [OPERATOR NAME] ("we" or "us"). By using the site, you're agreeing to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. You have to be an adult

This is an adult site. You can only use it if you're at least 18, and at least the legal age of adulthood where you live, and if looking at porn and links to porn is legal where you are. Don't let anyone under 18 use the site on your device or your account.

Some places require adult sites to check visitors' ages. If you're in one of them, we may ask you to verify your age, or we may block access from there if we can't meet the rules.

2. What the site is

Goon Diary is a private diary with a community attached. You can log your sessions, save links to videos on other websites, post entries to the Feed, comment, and talk in the forum.

We don't host, upload, download, copy or store any videos. All we keep are links, titles and the addresses of preview images, which point to other websites. Those sites are run by other people, have their own rules, and aren't under our control. We're not responsible for what's on them, whether it stays up, or whether it's legal.

3. Your account

You can look around as a guest. To post, save, like or use the Gooner Vault you need an account, made with an email and password or with Google.

Your username is public, so don't use your real name or anything that could identify you or someone else. Keep your password to yourself, because you're responsible for anything done on your account. We can't read the email you signed up with (see the Privacy Policy), so we can't reset a forgotten password.

One account per person. Don't share accounts, and don't make new ones to get around a ban.

4. What you post

Anything you add is yours: diary entries, summaries, captions, titles, tags, links, comments, forum posts and your username.

Entries are private unless you post them. When you post something to the Feed, the forum or your public profile, you give us permission to store it and show it on the site for as long as it's up. That permission is non-exclusive, worldwide and free. Your private summaries are never shown to anyone.

You're responsible for what you post and link to, and you're promising you have the right to post it.

5. What's not allowed

We have zero tolerance for these. Posting or linking to any of them gets the post removed and the account banned, and we report to the authorities when the law says we have to.

If you see any of this, hit Report on it or get in touch through the Content Removal & DMCA page.

6. Moderation

We can review, hide or remove anything, and suspend or ban any account, whenever we think it's needed, including for breaking these rules. We hold on to removed posts and reports when we need them for legal reasons, such as a report to NCMEC or the police. We can't promise to check everything, and we're not responsible for what members post.

7. Gooner Vault, Plus and other features

The Gooner Vault is free for members. Link checks and thumbnails depend on other websites and services, so they won't always work. We may add, change or drop features at any time.

Goon Diary Plus takes the ads away and puts a badge next to your name, and it comes with coins. When Plus goes on sale you'll see the price and the refund terms before you pay.

Coins are only for giving awards on the site. They aren't money, so you can't cash them out, sell them or move them to another account, and they're gone if your account gets banned. An award can't be taken back once it's given. Some awards give the person who gets them free Plus time.

8. Ads

The site may show ads from outside ad networks. Those networks run the ads, not us, and an ad showing up here doesn't mean we recommend it. Ads are kept in a sealed-off box and can't see your diary or your account. The Privacy Policy explains what ad networks can collect.

9. Copyright

We respect copyright and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We take down what's reported and ban people who keep infringing. Details are on the Content Removal & DMCA page.

10. Record-keeping statement (18 U.S.C. § 2257)

Goon Diary doesn't produce, film, upload or host any sexually explicit images or videos. Anything like that you reach through the site is hosted by other websites, and they're responsible for their own records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

11. No guarantees

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we don't promise it will always be up, bug-free or secure, or that your data will never be lost. Download your own backups from Profile → Your data.

12. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or reputation, that come from using the site or any site it links to. For any claim, the most we'll owe you is US $50. Some places don't allow limits like these, so they might not all apply to you.

13. If someone comes after us because of you

If someone makes a claim against us because of something you posted, or because you broke these rules or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees.

14. Leaving or getting removed

You can stop using the site whenever you want, and you can ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We can also suspend or end your access at any time. Sections 4, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 16 still apply after that.

15. Changes to these terms

We might update these terms. When we do we'll change the date at the top, and for big changes we'll put a notice on the site. If you keep using the site after that, you're agreeing to the new version.

16. Which laws apply

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / COUNTRY], setting aside its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes go to the courts there, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
